For the past two years, I've had students come into PE saying they don't feel well, without the proper attire & students that don't follow the rules during the class. Instead of having them sit out and do nothing for 45 minutes, I came up with a meaningful and engaging worksheet for them to use. They fill it out and I file it away to keep track of how often a student is missing PE. I love how they came out!!
